Posters should preferably be in landscape format. Poster boards are 91" long x 45" high (231 cm long x 114 cm high).
Your poster should include your title in large font. This should be followed on the next line by the author names, following by author institutions.
Include your abstract in the upper left corner of the poster.
We recommend that you include the headings: ”Introduction”, “Methods”, “Results” and “Conclusions”. Effective posters have large figures and text in large font.
Poster boards are velcro and push-pin compatible. Please bring your own material for attaching posters to boards.
The main poster session is on Tuesday 30th August at 4:20 pm. Please be at your poster at this time. Your poster should be posted on the appropriate board at least 10 min before the start of this poster session. You will be notified of your poster board number on registration.
The second poster session on Wednesday 31st August starts at 5:10 pm and presenters should make every effort to be at their posters for this session as well; this second session also enables poster presenters to view other posters.
Posters can remain on display for the duration of the conference.
